Two Too Cascais is honestly one of my favourite bubble tea spots. Their “Cacau & Oreo” , which I usually have with strawberry bubbles, is incredible. Such a fun, unique combo that always tastes perfect. The shop also has a super cute christmas theme going on right now, which makes the place feel extra cozy and festive. And the music is always great, adding to the relaxing, good-vibes atmosphere. The staff deserve a special shoutout too. Even on their busiest days, when you can tell they’re a bit overwhelmed, they still stay friendly, patient, and genuinely try to give you the best experience possible. You really feel cared for as a customer! Highly recommend — amazing drinks, cute vibes, great music, and lovely staff!

I decided to visit Twotoo Cascais after a friend recommended it to me, knowing I’m lactose intolerant and often struggle to find bubble tea places with good alternatives. They told me Twotoo offers lactose-free options, so I had to try it, and I’m so glad I did! I went for the Taro made with lactose-free milk, and it was absolutely delicious - creamy, flavorful, and just perfect. The staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and very patient when I asked about the lactose-free options. Even when the place gets really crowded, they handle everything efficiently and make you feel taken care of, which is impressive. The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your drink. Even on busy days, it never feels overwhelming !! :)) Overall, Twotoo Cascais has quickly become one of my favorite spots. Amazing drinks, thoughtful lactose-free options, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered the Bubble waffle and boba milk tea combo. Which was around 7.50€. the bubble waffle was made fresh, nice and crispy with powdered sugar and Nutella drizzled on top. The brown sugar boba was good, can't really taste the syrup. We order hot but it came cold which was still fine. . I recommend the bubble waffle, it's more worth it
